great staff but needs improved room amenities

The valet and front desk staff made our family feel very welcomed. The team at the sugar factory provided thoughtful service that enhanced our overall experience.

However, the room amenities did not meet my expectations for comfort and convenience.

My stay at Bally's in Dover was delightful! Although I found the dining options limited late at night, the overall experience showcased a lively atmosphere fantastic for entertainment.

During my recent business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the check-in process, allowing me to settle in quickly. Additionally, the location was ideal for my work needs, being conveniently situated near important business venues.

Bally's is in a great spot in Dover, but there were some real downsides. Late-night food options are pretty much nonexistent. After midnight, I struggled to find anything to eat, which left me starving. The atmosphere in the casino was quiet, too quiet for my taste. The $15 resort fee felt excessive since there were no true vacation amenities to back it up. The room was spacious, but outdated furniture and uncomfortable beds made it less appealing. Housekeeping didn’t properly clean one of our rooms, and we had to check multiple times to see if it was ready. On a positive note, the dining options were decent, especially at Jerry Longo's restaurant. Staff were generally friendly, and I did enjoy my time at the casino despite these issues. It's a mixed bag overall, and I'd think twice before returning without improvements.
